Design Portfolio - Feedback

Please could you give me some feedback on my new design portfolio. It's a work in progress, so it would be good to here what people think (both designers and non designers).

Do you think the page works well, do you like the pop-up images, and what do you think of my work? Would love to hear your feedback, good or bad!

I like your site, simple and quick to navigate, good selection of work and personally, I like the pop up images (with the page fading).

Maybe add some rollovers for the nav buttons, and if your landing page is the 'portfolio' one, maybe add a quick nav for specific areas (print/web/branding etc.)
