a very quick glance, you have quite a few things wrong from the start,

1) No DOCTYPE found!

You should place a DOCTYPE declaration as the very first thing in your HTML document. For example, for a typical XHTML 1.0 document:

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN"
"http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd">
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" lang="en" xml:lang="en">
<head>
<title>Title</title>
</head>

<body>
<!-- ... body of document ... -->
</body>
</html>

2) you have declared css within your html, making it huge, very messy, and very slow to load for anyone on dial-up internet.

3) you have no 'meta tags' or keywords, how are the search engines suppost to find you and know what your site is about ?

4) built from tables uuurrrgghhh !!

tables were only meant for what they say for charts, number lists etc

5) logo needs sprucing and colour skeme needs a good work over

6) its very crowded in there, am i suppost to read all that ??

7) sorry, but i dont understand, what is the site about ??

these are just a few things i have spotted, i am very, very, sorry but you wanted 100% honest, and thats all i do, in the long run, it helps you

if you are ever in the mood to try again, you can get great advice from here Web Design Forums - Web design help and discussion. Web development advice and topics

its full of professional designers that will help you with any questions and quieries you have
